Location: near 30th and Valmont in Boulder in the northwest corner of the intersection,
Accessible via the first driveway on Valmont which is immediately west of Valmont and 30th, on the north side of the street. After you turn in the driveway, my office building is the one on the right.

There is ample parking right in front of the entrance to the building.
My office is on the third floor, Ste. 300
When you enter the waiting room, press the button next to my name. (This triggers a light in my office so I will know you are there).

For first time patients, there will be a chart for you to fill out.

Directions from Denver and Louisville:
I value my Denver patients and apologise for the inconvenience of the few extra minutes that it may take you to reach my office. However, access is easy, and except for evening rush hour, it should be fast. From I-25 north, take 36 west to Boulder. Exit from 36 onto Foothills Freeway (57 North) in south Boulder, and take Foothills to Valmont. Turn left onto Valmont, and continue west for about 1 1/2 blocks. Cross 30th and take the first right turn ( a driveway on your right).
